You can find me living and working from my home in Santa Clarita, CA with my husband Greg, a teacher, our curious 9-year old son Easton, and our strong-willed 6-year old daughter Nola.
Kaelee Lincoln
Administrative Maven
Kaelee is a creative problem-solver and dedicated team player who loves turning ideas into smooth-running realities. As a Project Manager in the marketing world for the last decade, she’s spent years wrangling projects, streamlining processes, and making sure everything gets handled with clarity and care. Her real-world admin superpowers? A decade-plus of mastering household chaos as a mom of three with juggling schedules, tasks, and endless to-dos like a pro.
She thrives on improving how things work, spotting inefficiencies, and bringing positive energy to every collaboration. Whether it’s building a spreadsheet or organizing the family calendar, Kaelee gets stuff done efficiently and with a smile.
You’ll often find her by the beach or poolside in the summer, soaking up the sun, or dreaming up the next family travel adventure from her home outside of Los Angeles, CA.

Justine Taormino
Digital Marketing Maven
Justine Taormino is a writer, mama, coach, and digital marketer. After spending 10 years in Alumni Affairs, managing events, marketing, and community initiatives, she took the chance to be a stay-at-home mom.
Back at work with Task Maven, Justine is responsible for managing all social media and marketing for clients and the TM brand.
With her abilities to listen objectively, problem solve quickly, and always bring the focus back to the human element of any project, Justine fosters community wherever she goes. Creative and strategically minded, she is able to translate business goals into marketing solutions.
You can find her adventuring outside, reading, or sipping hot beverages. She lives in the Philly suburbs with her husband, daughter, and rescue dog.
